Owner, President, and Chief Executive Officer
James D. McGurren has more than 32 years of experience in the industrial hygiene and environmental health field. His areas of expertise and professional experience include comprehensive industrial hygiene practice; EPA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), AHERA, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) lead and asbestos abatement regulations; project management and design; building surveys; specifications and on-site air monitoring; site assessments; lead-based paint surveys; air emissions monitoring; and indoor air quality assessments.
Mr. McGurren also has in-depth professional experience conducting environmental property evaluations. He’s an expert in the Phase I Environmental Assessment and Transaction Screen Process in conformance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards.
Mr. McGurren has conducted numerous environmental assessments in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Indiana, Florida, Texas, and California.
Senior Environmental Specialist
Kayla DeHaven has been in the industrial hygiene and environmental health field since 2011. Her expertise and experience are in the areas of comprehensive industrial hygiene practice; EPA, OSHA, AHERA, and HUD lead and asbestos abatement regulations; building surveys; on-site air monitoring; lead-based paint surveys; air emissions monitoring; and indoor air quality assessments.
Mrs. DeHaven has completed a large number of projects in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming.
Environmental Specialist
Nick Jangula started in the industrial hygiene and environmental health field in 2020. Mr. Jangula’s areas of focus includes comprehensive industrial hygiene practice; EPA, OSHA, AHERA asbestos abatement regulations; on-site air monitoring; building surveys; air emissions monitoring; and indoor air quality assessments.
He has been responsible for projects in North Dakota and South Dakota.
Environmental Specialist (Part-time)

His expertise and experience include comprehensive industrial hygiene practice; EPA, OSHA, and AHERA asbestos abatement regulations; on-site air monitoring; building surveys; air emissions monitoring; and indoor air quality assessments.
